Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will connect with one of our doctors via whatsapp video consultation at the appointed time. Alternatively, if you selected ‘Telephone consultation,’ one of our medical experts will call you at the time you specify.
How long will I wait after booking an appointment?
After you request a video or phone consultation, our medical expert will contact you at the time you specify.
Where are the Doctors based?
The treating doctors are spread out across Ireland and work from home. They are all members of the Irish Medical Council.
How long will I have to wait after requesting a Prescription?
Once requested, we can send the prescription to any pharmacy in Ireland using the secure Healthmail system. Our prescription is transferable to any pharmacy in Ireland.
Can you send my medicine by post?
Unfortunaltey no, it is illegal to send medicine by post in Ireland.
